More progress on Robotech: Battlecry.

Thanks to defiance for finding the bug causing the problems with Robotech: Battlecry's 3D geometry, we now have some much better screenshots of the game! So now it looks alot better. My initial idea for fixing this was totally off! It's a good thing defiance fixed it before I did!

"So, is this game playable now?" Unfortunately, no. There's still more bugs to sort out here, and when it's fixed, I'll let you all know. Other than that, there appears to be issues with texture swizzling. No big deal for now. So I just wanted to let you all know how well Cxbx is doing.

"Nice progress, but enough stalling! When are you going to release it?" It's up to sir Caustik to release it on the website. I sent him my releases earlier this week and hopefully you'll see them on the homepage this weekend. So check the homepage and this blog periodically.

Shogun.

  2. You've already got your cxbx branch, what keeps you from (publicly) updating it?
The current model just keeps people, who might be interested in the source code, away from it, as they will always find an out of date version (If they find it at all)

  3. blueshogun96 congratulations for the work that you give the emulator with the mime: D, I wanted to give you an idea of online news on the previous public.
The application specifically for (windows, linux, mac os x) is called XLink kai (good for psp, ps2, gamecube, Xbox1, xbox360 without using xbox live servers) What are your thoughts on this?.
It could make it compatible with the emulator?.
If you do not know the application, the web is xlinkai http://www.teamxlink.co.uk/ Thanks.

  4. I forgot to add, that the points against this method named above would be that would need two network cards.
Furthermore, only serves to offer the games that way interconnection, would only compatible with games that offer this kind of game in online.
